Exterior Structure: The Exterior Structure of the facility appears to generally be in good condition. Minor work such as inspecting exterior mortar for cracking and repairing damaged sections is needed.

Building mechanical systems 30 years of age or older should be closely inspected and repaired or replaced per report.
