The WC Main Building, built in 1962, is currently in fair to poor condition after sitting vacant for several years. Many of its systems have deteriorated, and the interior needs attention—including new flooring, doors, and full restroom renovations with updated fixtures. Mechanical systems over 30 years old should be inspected and addressed as needed, the gravel roof and 6 tons of HVAC capacity have exceeded their useful life and require replacement. With consistent maintenance and targeted investment in key upgrades, this facility still has the potential to serve the district well for another 15 to 20 years.
