Executive Summary

The Technology building was completed in 2001 and houses several specialty programs for the high school as well as the districts technology department. The facility is in overall good condition, but interior and exterior finishes show signs of deterioration and need to be repaired or replaced. Damage to the ceiling tile grid system due to water damage is wide-spread and the roof system should be evaluated for leaks. Several HVAC systems have aged past their useful life and should be replaced. With adequate maintenance and updates the facility should continue to serve the district for the foreseeable future.
