Executive Summary

The Seagraves Support Facilities consists of the transportation and maintenance shops and bus barn (1993). The Support Facilities are mostly in good condition with a majority of the maintenance needs being preventative. The offices in the maintenance shop need some refreshing of the finished surfaces. The 2005 roofing system appear to be in good condition. The bus barn office HVAC system should be scheduled for replacement in 2024.
