Executive Summary

The Seagraves Junior High Metal/Ag Shop and Field House facility, built in 1973 as per property schedule, is in fair to poor condition needing updates, maintenance, and repairs of various building components. The facility appears to have been built to serve another use and has had only very rudimentary changes made to now serve as the Ag classroom and Field House.
