Facility Scorecard
Executive Summary
Built in 1985, the Seagraves High School is in good condition although there are some maintenance and repairs needed of various building components. With a 38-year-old facility, re-sealing the building envelope is needed to maintain the air quality within the building and extend the building’s permanence. The seriously damaged roof is scheduled for replacement, however inspection and repairing of sealant around window frames are key components to keeping a well-maintained structure. Replacing the HVAC units past their expected useful life, installing hard surface parking, and adding parking lot lighting are also needed. In addition, the district should review and consider Safety & Security recommendations on the Facility Details page. With adequate maintenance, updates, and repairs this facility could continue to serve the district for an additional 20-25 years.
