Seagraves ISD - Seagraves Elementary
Seagraves Elementary

Facility Scorecard
Executive Summary
Built in 2014, the Seagraves Elementary School facility overall is in good condition. Facilities at this age will start having increasing maintenance and repair needs directly effecting the structures useful life. Developing a regular preventative maintenance program, maintaining the building envelope, planned replacement of mechanical building systems before failure, regular lighting, window and door inspection, and refreshing building finishes will all help to maintain the building into the future. A majority of the HVAC system components will reach their expected useful life within 5 years, so district should plan for replacement. In addition, district should review and consider Safety & Security Recommendations on the Facility Details page. In all, the interior of the facility is in good condition and provides a well-maintained educational environment that is conducive to learning. With adequate maintenance, updates, and repairs this campus should continue to serve the district for an additional 35-40 years.
