Roof: Roof assessment was visual from inside the buildings. Roofing systems at barns 2 and 3 showed evidence of significant failure with leaks present. Stopping any roof leaks as soon as possible is the critical path to maintaining structure’s integrity. When cost of repairs are over 50% of replacement value of roof, then consider replacement. Barn 1 and Lamb barn appear to be in good condition. Roofs on open structures and storage were not assessed. All roofs experienced hail damage in 2023 and are scheduled for replacement in 2025.

Interior Structure: Check framing of trailer shelter for loose or rotted wood. Repair or replace as needed. Repair or replace torn or damaged wall insulation in Barn 2 & 3. Repair or replace torn or damaged ceiling insulation in Barns 2 & 3, after roof repairs are made.
