Exterior Structure: Masonry is in fair condition with some cracks needing repair at the Veterans gym. Paint exterior surfaces. Replace building seam caulking and repaint exterior surfaces.

Roof: Roofs range from good to poor condition on the various athletic buildings. The Veterans gym roof is in poor condition and needs to be replaced. At the time of replacement, the fascia, soffits and drainage system should be replaced as well. The metal roofs on the stadium field house, storage buildings, concessions, restrooms and ticket booths are in poor condition and should be replaced within the next 5-10 years. The metal roofs on the Athletic center, MS field house, athletic offices and weight rooms are in fair condition and with proper maintenance and preventative measures should last the district another 15-20 years.

Interior Structure: Building is in need of interior painting. Several small cracks in CMU walls and plaster ceilings; touch-up painting is needed. Replace areas of gypsum wallboard ceilings where water damage occurred. Replace damaged and sagging ceiling tiles; if possible replace the tiles with a 2x2' grid system.

ADA: Many of the locker rooms and restrooms do not have ADA access, fixtures or hardware.

Furnishing, Fixtures, Equipment: Replace all damaged and non-ADA complaint restrooms stalls and accessories. Replace damaged lockers and built in furniture. Fountains in Veterans Gym, stadium field house, activity center and at the baseball complex are damaged and should be replaced.
