Exterior Structure: Masonry is in fair condition on the Administration, Annex, Police, and Travis ES buildings and minor damage should be repaired. Grout has started to deteriorate in some areas and should be replaced. Damage to metal panels on the Media center should be replaced.

Foundation: Repair minor cracking at corners along perimeter of the Administration, Police and Travis ES buildings.

Parking/Traffic: Drives and parking information included in the ES report. Overall fair to poor condition.

Roof: Roofs on the Administration, Police and the Travis ES buildings are all in poor condition. Due to the age and the signs of deterioration, they should all be considered for replacement. Gutters and downspouts should be replaced at the time roof improvements are made. The Media center building's roof was in fair condition and should last the district another 10-15 years. A new single ply roof was installed at the Administrative Annex building in March of 2021. Annual monitoring and maintenance should be scheduled to maintain the integrity of the roofing systems.

Interior Structure: Repair and repaint damaged surfaces in all buildings. Damage to surfaces in Travis ES building should be repaired and repainted. Ceiling tiles that are damaged and sagging should be replaced, and if possible the gird systems should be replaced with one that is 2x2'.

ADA: Accessibility is fair to poor overall. Non-compliant entryways, ramps, pathways between and within structures, restrooms and door hardware should all be improved.
