Executive Summary

The Lyford CISD Administrative building and current Police headquarters were completed in 1928. Travis Elementary was completed in 1954 and the annex and media center were added in the 1970's. These facilities are in fair condition but the roofs and older HVAC components should be replaced. The interior of these structures range from fair to poor and many systems and finishes need to be replaced. With the age of the buildings, evaluations of electrical and plumbing systems should be completed during any renovations that take place. With some upgrades and continued maintenance, these buildings should continue serving the district for years to come.
