With proper monitoring and maintenance the roof should last the district another 20-25 years. The roof over the staff development building is in poor condition and indications of major leaks are visible inside the structure. It should be replaced as soon as possible. In addition to the condition of the roof, the soffits, roof drains and exterior walls should be addressed.
