Roof: The Maintenance and Transportation roofs are in good to fair condition. Both installed in 2014, the roofs, gutters and downspouts do not have any signs of issues. With proper maintenance and inspections they should last the district another 20-25 years. The roof systems on the maintenance storage building and the grounds buildings are in overall poor condition. Signs of water intrusions are visible in all structures and signs of deterioration are present. Roofs on all of these structures should be replaced in the next 0-3 years.
