Exterior Structure: Minor damage to exterior, repair using tuck and point. Repaint all exterior surfaces.

Parking/Traffic: A single parking lot is shared by both campuses and lacking enough spaces when buildings are at full capacity. The condition of the drives and parking lot is in poor condition and should be refinished.

Site: Large cracks in sidewalks and chunks of concrete missing in walkways ; this poses trip/fall hazards. Pathways should be replaced. Security fencing needed around the perimeter of the campus. Regrade portions of campus to provide positive drainage and eliminate pot holes. Additional perimeter and pole mounted lighting around campus needed, especially for the parking lots.
