The Evant ISD Special Programs Building, Band Hall, Gym, Field House and various athletic support spaces are in overall fair to poor condition and are in need of significant upgrades and system replacement. Roofs, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems are in varying states of deterioration and should be further evaluated for replacement options. Finishes and fixtures need replacement and ADA requirements throughout these facilities should be addressed. The district should consider the value of extensive renovations and additions versus new construction for several of these facilities.
