Built in 2010, the CTE/Weight Room building houses the welding, ag and weight training functions of the district. The facility adequately sized for the programs assigned to it. Finish upgrades, HVAC replacements and safety & security improvements are needed. If it is determined that additional CTE spaces are needed, one option could be a relocation of the weight room and a reconfiguration of that space to house additional CTE programs. If the upgrades and continued maintenance are provided, this facility should serve the district well for another 40 years.
