Executive Summary

The Anderson-Shiro Maintenance building was originally constructed in 1988 as the Anderson-Shiro High School CTE facilities. Very little has been done to adequately adapt the building to its current use as a maintenance facility. HVAC replacement and expansion, impending roof replacement, finish upgrades, safety & security improvements, and accessibility upgrades are among the needed improvements to prolong the life of this facility. Growth in the district could necessitate the relocation of these facilities off campus to allow for campus capacity expansion. With these improvements and continued maintenance efforts, these buildings could serve the district well for another 20-30 years.
