Executive Summary

Built in 1965 and renovated in 2000, the Gym is in good condition. The Maintenance building, Ag Shop, Band Hall, and Trades facilities were built in 1968, 1977, 1977, and 1984 respectively. These buildings are generally in fair to poor condition. The building mechanical systems should be closely inspected and repaired or replaced. Evidence of foundation movement was observed at all buildings and should be addressed. With the amount of work required to bring the Band Hall and Vocational building to a like new condition, the district should consider constructing a new facility to house these programs.
