Executive Summary

Built in 2002 and 2010 the Primary Building and Multipurpose Building facilities are in good condition but are in need of maintenance and repair of various building components. Gutters and downspouts should be repaired or replaced. Older HVAC system components should be replaced. Interior walls and doors should be refinished. Upgrading interior lighting to LED will improve the educational environment. In addition safety and security recommendations should be considered. In all, the interior of the facility is in good condition and provides a well-maintained educational environment that is conducive to learning. With adequate maintenance, the campus should continue to serve the district for an additional 25-30 years.
