Executive Summary

Built in approximately 1960, Apache Field is in good-to-fair condition, but is in need of maintenance and repair of various stadium and building components. In all, the complex is generally in good-to-fair condition and provides an athletic environment that is generally favorable for football and soccer competition. With adequate maintenance, this complex should continue to serve the district for an additional 10 years. The complex lacks modern amenities and does not include a track; due to age of the complex, the district should not expend substantial funds to renovate the complex, but should instead begin planning replacement of the complex.
