Gonzales ISD - North Avenue Intermediate - 100-200-500 Buildings

Executive Summary

At the North Avenue Intermediate School the 200 building was constructed in 1988, the 100 building was constructed in 2001, and the 500 building was constructed in 2015; overall, the buildings are generally in good condition, but are in need of maintenance and repair of various building components. Security improvements should be made. In all, the interiors of the facilities are generally in good condition and provide an educational environment that is generally favorable to learning; however, the multi-building campus layout is not conducive to modern learning strategies. With adequate maintenance, these building should continue to serve the district for an additional 30-to-50 years.
