Executive Summary

The Breckenridge Secondary Stadium is a track and field stadium with tennis courts located on the South Elementary School campus. Facility is made up of two sets of fixed bleachers with one press box, a track with synthetic surface installed in 1998, Musco lighting installed in 2009, grass field, four tennis courts, original masonry restrooms with concession from 1985, masonry storage building also from 1985, areas for other field competitions, and two portable structures used for concession with restrooms and indoor training area. Additions and improvements should be made for additional ADA compliance. Consideration should be given to installing data infrastructure adequate for providing Wi-Fi for staff and students. The natural grass field is in fair condition, consideration should be given to implementing a turf management system. If district determines this facility will be in use long-term replacing portable facilities with permanent construction should be considered. In all, the facility is in good to fair condition and with adequate maintenance, updates, and repairs this facility should continue to serve the district for years.
