Executive Summary

The Ag Classrooms and Shop were built in 1985. The classrooms along with a storage building are across N. Miller St. from the Main Campus for Breckenridge ISD. The Ag Shop is on also on N. Miller St. on the Main Campus along with the High School built in 1967, Junior High School built 1969, LT Cook Gym and Junior High Field House 1969, Cafeteria with Home Economics and Life skills 1957, Vocational and Band Hall 1957, Practice Gym 1957, VOE Classrooms 1979, the Buckeroo Stadium, Auditorium 1988, and the Athletic and Arts Facility in 2008. The Main campus is 10.76 acres in size. Ag Classrooms and Shop are in good to fair condition overall needing maintenance and updates to re-sealing the building envelop, refreshing interior and exterior finish surfaces. Additionally, there are surface cracks in the foundation projecting through the finished flooring in the classrooms needing repair and observation. If movement persists or worsens consideration should be given to engineering study to determine cause and proper mitigation.
