Actions to Improve the Educational Environment
The educational environment at Elysian Fields High School is fair to good with possible improvements including Security upgrades, finish upgrades, accessibility upgrades, HVAC replacements, roof maintenance and renovations to the small auditorium, gym locker rooms, and additions to the cafeteria, culinary arts, floral and library spaces. With a utilization of only 38%, renovation and repurposing of existing spaces seem a viable option. Additional improvement would result in the relocation of the Maintenance and Transportation departments away from the campus.
