Granbury ISD - Elementary - Oak Woods
Elementary - Oak Woods

Facility Scorecard
Executive Summary
Oak Elementary, originally built in 1990 and renovated in 2015, is currently operating at about 79% capacity and remains in generally good condition. However, it does require consistent annual maintenance, especially in high-traffic areas like walls, floors, and ceilings. While only 8% of the HVAC tonnage is currently due for replacement, the remaining 92% should be planned for replacement by 2030 to avoid future disruptions. Additionally, the roof systems are expected to reach the end of their service life in 2029, making proactive planning for their replacement a priority. With regular upkeep and strategic investment in these key areas, Oak Elementary is well-positioned to continue serving the district effectively for another 20 to 25 years.
