Facility Scorecard
Executive Summary
Mambrino STEAM Academy, built in 2001, is overall in good condition and continues to serve the district well. There are some minor foundation concerns that should be studied and addressed appropriately. General maintenance is needed throughout the campus, especially in areas like walls, floors, and ceilings where surface updates would help refresh the environment. A major HVAC upgrade was completed in the summer of 2025, but planning for future system replacements should remain a priority. The roof systems are expected to reach the end of their service life by 2029, so regular inspections and timely repairs are recommended to maintain integrity. With ongoing maintenance and strategic investment in key areas, the facility has the potential to support the district effectively for another 20 to 30 years.
