Executive Summary

Original campus building was built in 1985, followed by the Gym in 1987 and an addition in 2008. The Wise Elementary School facility is in good condition but needs maintenance and repair of various building components. All roof leaks should be repaired and the bubbling address before addition leaks start. Ten HVAC units are past their expected useful life and should be scheduled for replacement. District should review and consider Safety and Security Recommendations. In addition, directional signage should be installed to assist pedestrians and vehicle traffic. In all, the interior of the facility is in good condition and provides a well-maintained educational environment that is conducive to learning. With adequate maintenance, the campus should continue to serve the district for an additional 25-30 years.
