Executive Summary

Built in 1976, the Child Care centers are used by the district to house the pre-k and under programs. Each of these structures have visible cracking the in the exterior brick and a structural evaluation should be completed at each building. Maintenance and repair to various building components is needed and several ADA updates to bring the buildings into compliance. No designated paved parking is available to the staff at these buildings and additional site lighting is needed.
