Executive Summary

The Anderson-Shiro Junior High School and High School facility opened in 2010 housing the 6th through 12th grades. The facility is in overall good condition. Mostly minor repairs are needed at the current time. Certain Safety and Security, Site, and Life Skills improvements are needed as well. Future needs include roof replacement, HVAC replacements, a second gymnasium, additional CTE spaces, additions to the library, kitchen and cafeteria, and access improvements as the district grows. With current needs met and future additions provided, the building should serve the district well for another 35-45 years.
