Executive Summary

The Anderson-Shiro Transportation facility was constructed in 2015 and houses the Transportation, Custodial and Operations Administration functions for the district. The building is in good condition. Immediate needs include Safety & Security improvements, repair of a minor roof leak, an exhaust fume control system, and building signage. Future projects to be considered include a canopy over the fuel system, a covered bus wash and expanded bus parking. With these improvements, continued maintenance of the building, and expansion as needed this facility should serve the district well for another 30 years.
