The Main campus is 10.76 acres in size. The Athletic and Fine Arts Center is in good condition needing minor maintenance and usual updates for a building built in 2008. Masonry walls should be re-sealed by replacing any cracking caulking, filling or covering any open spaces, and re-caulking penetrations. The metal roofing on the north side of the facility and covering the main entrance appears to be in good condition although the built-up roofing needs some maintenance to address exposed roofing components. Additionally, back filling next to and along the west side of the building is needed, exposed painted surfaces need to be refreshed, and stained masonry surfaces should be cleaned resealed applying algaecide as well as eliminating the water potentially causing the stain. The HVAC system is at its useful expected life and should be scheduled for replacement and updating. District should review and consider Safety & Security Recommendations on the Facility Details page. In all, this facility supports the educational environment. With updates and proper maintenance this facility could continue to serve the district for an additional 25-30 years.
